VILLAGE OFFICES CLOSED TO PUBLIC
In an effort to prevent further spread of COVID-19 cases, the Village's office will be closed to walk-in traffic. Depending on circumstances, this date may be extended.
While the Village offices are closed to the public, telephone calls to the Village's main phone number 231-882-4451 and emails sent to clerk@villageofbeulah.net or treasurer@villageofbeulah.net will be reviewed and answered during regular office hours on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Village of Beulah is committed to providing essential services to our residents during this time as well as other key services to the community. We appreciate your understanding and support as we take steps, like those outlined here, to keep each other safe and healthy.
Vehicle Parking Regulation Notice
1) There shall be no parking of a vehicle on any portion of a public street within the Village limits between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from NOVEMBER 1 through APRIL 1 of each year.
2) All vehicles parked in violation of this provision shall be towed away at the owner's expense and the owner or person who parked the vehicle shall be responsible for a civil infraction in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Code, Michigan Public Act 300 of 1949, as amended.
This Ordinance (4-89 supersedes Chapter 9101, Section 23 (G) and 23 (H) pf the Village Code, and was published May 17, 1989.
